چکیده
This study evaluated the reverse flap technique on Saphen artery (Reverse saphenous conduit flap), used in veterinary plastic surgery to close wounds of tarsus and metatarsus. Due small volume low elasticity skin these areas, defects can be a very difficult task. To solve this problem, uses artery. method was effectively 13 cases dogs with wound distal part pelvic limb. We degree survival, complications, final result. All eleven patients revealed excellent results at end treatment. animals had certain complications that were eliminated postoperative period. Competent use gives reconstruction soft tissue

Reverse saphenous conduit flap in small animals: Clinical applications and outcomes.
Due to the lack of skin elasticity defects of the distal hind limb can be a challenge to close. This article assesses a well-described, but completely under-used technique for closure of wounds on the distal tarsus. The technique was used with good success in six cases presenting to the Bryanston Veterinary Hospital with a wide range of underlying pathology ranging from trauma to neoplastic dis...
متن کاملReverse Lateral Supramalleolar Adipofascial Flap: A Case Report
Achieving adequate coverage of soft tissue defects located on the lower third of the legs and feet is challenging for reconstructive surgeons. Fasciocutaneous flaps can be used to meet this challenge. Two common fasciocutaneous flaps used in this context are the reverse sural flap and lateral supramalleolar flap (LSMF). Plastic and reconstructive surgeons are relatively unfamiliar with the seco...

متن کاملComposite Arteriovenous Radial Conduit Flap for Lower Limb Reconstruction
In complex lower limb trauma, the healthy recipient vessels can be far from the defect to be reconstructed due to the usually high-energy injury sustained. The use of vein grafts, either directly or in the form of arteriovenous loops, is the usual solution in these cases. In the vein graft donor-depleted patient, other options are required; the composite arteriovenous radial conduit flap may be...
